I want to cancel my order after my order has been placed.

Is Paypal only payment method?

Currenty we have only Paypal as payment method. If you do not have an account, you can pay by credit card without resisteration.

Can I order by telephone or FAX?

No. We take orders via website only.

Can you make our a receipt?

Shipping

How long does it take to get items I purchased?

If we confirmed your order by 10 AM JST, we ship your item on the day. After 10 AM, we ship your item the next day.
After 10 AM, we ship your item the next day.
It may take from two to five days to arrive at the shipping address.
Once we shipped your item, we will let you know the tracking code, so that you can root where your item is.
*Please note that sometimes it might take several more days to go through the customs procedure, so your item may arrive late than you expect.
If you want to know the status, please contact your country's Customs.
Also, we are not responsible the arrival delay because of unexpected incident, such as bad weather, accident, and so forth.

I haven't got my box yet.

Once we shipped your item, we will let you know the tracking code, so that you can root where your item is.

If the shipping status is "Arrival" yet you have not received your item, it may be left till called for. Please contact your nearest Post Office with your tracking code.

When I received the box, I was asked to pay customs duties.

It might depend on contry you live if you have to pay customs duties. If you are asked to do so, it is your responsibility to pay.

How do I change my personal information?

I want to cancel my account.

Log in to "My Account" page and click "Cancel my account". By canceling your account, all the order history, shipping address book, newsletter subscription information and the items preserved in the wish list will be removed.
Please note: Your account information can not be restored once it is deleted.

Which type of shampoo fits me, the oily type or dry type?

Ingredients in the oily type and dry type shampoos differ. Based on the clinical research, we worked out the best ingredients for each skin type. Oily type cleanses follicles filled with sebum and dirt which gives your hair strength and body. Dry type rehydrates your dried scalp and gives your hair moisture. Angfa’s uniquely developed “amino-acid surface-activating agent” is used as the base material, but both shampoos contain ingredients that are very gentle to the scalp. We recommend the oily type shampoo for people who tend to consume oily or fatty foods. These are individuals who generally have problems with acne and who usually do not feel any strength or body in their hair. Conversely, we recommend our dry type shampoo for those who have dry skin which often gets itchy. It is also the best choice for those who feel tension in the scalp or who get dandruff/dry scalp.

Can women use Scalp D as well?

Scalp D was developed for men with a focus on male hormones and a man’s hair cycle. For women we recommend “Scalp D Beaute”. These products can also help grow beautiful hair.

I have a problem with dandruff and itchiness of the scalp. How long will it take to feel the effects of your shampoo?

Generally, you can feel the effects in about 1 week. It is important to choose the type of shampoo that best fits you. We recommend oily type for those who have oily skin and wet dandruff; conversely, we recommend our dry type to those who have dried flaky dandruff. *However, please be advised that our products work differently for different people. If your scalp is inflamed due to an allergic response to a product, please consult with a dermatologist before using scalp D.

How long will 1 bottle last?

It depends on the length of your hair or the amount you use per wash. However, assuming that the amount you use per wash is 1 push, both Scalp D Shampoo and Scalp Pack Conditioner can last for up to 4 months.
